In February, my host account for this website goes up for renewal and I will not be renewing.

It was a hard decision.  We have made so many new friends through this blog- we connected with families adopting from China and were able to watch some of those family “unions” first hand.

We’ve also had the privilege of sharing our lives and our stories here- and we’ve connected with several new friends who have emailed and commented and kept in touch.

Out of respect for our daughters’ growing need for privacy, our family’s intended move into a new chapter of overseas living, and my personal transition from stay-at-home-mom to working mom… the time has come.

Most of our family and friends have found us on Facebook, so we are still connected, just in new ways.

I’m leaving this up until February when the host site will eventually close my account.  I hope to get my act together and have a book made for Keith and I and the girls of this blog- it is a great ‘memoir’ of our time in China together.
